Quotes do not hold you to any contract or ensure a commission slot. While our price list offers the minimum price we will quote for each suit, it is subject to change and is a minimum. Suits may cost more or less depending on complexity and material costs. A quote is subject to change before payment is given based on new information given. Upon payment of a quoted price you agree to pay to recieve only whatever was discussed before payment. Any discussion of alterations or changes made to the suit during the construction process may require additional payment, so please ensure you have a clear vision for your suit before agreeing to a payment plan! We will do some small changes for free, but these changes are case-by-case and not entitled.

Payment is made either via PayPal or via Interac e-transfer if you live within Canada. Payment is made either in full up front upon agreement of construction or with half pay up front and a bi-weekly 10% of the remainder paid until full payment is completed. The suit will ship to you upon full payment if it is finished before payment is completed, and you are free to finish your payment at any time. Please account for shipping costs in your personal financial planning as you are responsible for any shipping fees. International shipping especially will be expensive, so do keep it in mind!

While do not offer refunds upon completion of the suit we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if you are unsatisfied with the product during construction. If there are issues with the suit after you recieve it we will offer repairs ranging in price (sometimes free if the issue is big enough, but this is at our discretion) up to 60 days after the product is recieved. You will pay for return shipping, but we will pay for basic shipping to ship the suit back to you at any Canadian address. We will usually ship through the Canadian Post.

We will keep you updated! While we will not provide pictures of every step of the process, we will contact you with questions about details of your suit and provide pictures of certain steps of the process. It is also our right to post pictures of any suit mid-construction and after construction on our website and social media. Please notify us if you have a reason as to why we should consider not posting these pictures.

We would be so happy to work with you! You must be over the age of 18 to purchase any product from us, but if you are not, your parent or guardian can contact us to order for you. By ordering from us you accept that your costume may contain small imperfections and that it may not look exactly how you have envisioned it. While we will give you a general estimate of time along with a quote, understand that these are estimates, and not deadlines. The process of bringing a fictional character to life is often a process of making do with what works in reality and often a process that is more time consuming than seems at first glance. While costumes will be given care and intention for you to breathe, see, or hear properly, keep in mind that these costumes inherently impare your senses and that we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur while wearing them. As a general tip always have a buddy around you to assist your movement as you wear any costume!
